Requirements
● 3+ years of experience in building or integrating AI systems, data pipelines, or retrieval-based architectures.
● Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks and libraries.
● Experience with data preprocessing, transformation, indexing, and query optimization.
● Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines — building retrievers, generators, and optimizing retrieval quality.
● Experience with SQL/NoSQL and at least one vector database (Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant, or OpenSearch vector engine).
● Hands-on experience running computer vision pipelines — object detection, segmentation, feature extraction, or similar vision tasks in production or research settings.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, independence, and ability to work in agile environments.

Responsibilities
● Design, build, and maintain AI systems focused on RAG pipelines — retrieval, context construction, and generation.
● Develop and optimize ETL/data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
● Integrate AI services into production systems using REST APIs.
● Run and maintain computer vision workflows, including model inference, image/video preprocessing, and integration with broader AI pipelines.
● Contribute to technical documentation, planning, and estimation of AI-related tasks.
● Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI solutions.

Nice to Have
● Experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, ECS, Bedrock).
● Familiarity with RAG frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and retrieval/search techniques (semantic, hybrid, keyword).
● Experience with computer vision frameworks such as OpenCV, PyTorch Vision, or Detectron2.
● Familiarity with NeRF-based or Gaussian Splatting tools (e.g., nerfstudio, gaussian-splatting, gsplat) and related 3D representation techniques.
● Contributions to open-source projects or participation in R&D initiatives related to AI, retrieval systems, computer vision, or 3D reconstruction.
