Product Owner in IGaming

In connection with the expansion of the department, we are looking for a Product Owner in regulated Tier-1 markets.
Requirements:
β 4β7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in real-money iGaming / online gambling;
β Proven experience working in 2β3 Tier-1 markets (UK, DACH, Canada, Nordics, etc.);
β Strong track record of improving key gambling KPIs (Retention, NGR, LTV);
β Solid understanding of unit economics and prioritization frameworks (RICE, ICE);
β Experience working with data (SQL or BI tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau);
β English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) / Advanced (C1).
Responsibilities:
β Develop and execute a 12β24 month product roadmap focused on Tier-1 markets;
β Own product P&L and drive improvements in key metrics: NGR, Retention (D1βD90), ARPU, FTD conversion;
β Design and launch personalization features, bonus systems, loyalty programs, and CRM automation;
β Conduct and analyze A/B tests for funnels and retention mechanics;
β Collaborate closely with Marketing, BI, Compliance, Legal, and Engineering teams;
β Manage product backlog, write User Stories & Acceptance Criteria, and lead Scrum ceremonies (2-week sprints);
β Ensure full compliance with regulations (UKGC, MGA, Spelinspektionen, etc.)
Nice to Have:
β Experience with platform providers (e.g., EveryMatrix, SoftSwiss, Digitain);
β Understanding of slot mechanics, RTP, and game performance metrics;
β Experience with CRM tools (Optimove, CleverTap, Braze);
β Knowledge of Responsible Gaming frameworks;
β Familiarity with crypto/web3 gambling products.
