Product Owner in IGaming

In connection with the expansion of the department, we are looking for a Product Owner in regulated Tier-1 markets.

Requirements:

● 4–7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in real-money iGaming / online gambling;

● Proven experience working in 2–3 Tier-1 markets (UK, DACH, Canada, Nordics, etc.);

● Strong track record of improving key gambling KPIs (Retention, NGR, LTV);

● Solid understanding of unit economics and prioritization frameworks (RICE, ICE);

● Experience working with data (SQL or BI tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau);

● English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) / Advanced (C1).
 

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute a 12–24 month product roadmap focused on Tier-1 markets;

● Own product P&L and drive improvements in key metrics: NGR, Retention (D1–D90), ARPU, FTD conversion;

● Design and launch personalization features, bonus systems, loyalty programs, and CRM automation;

● Conduct and analyze A/B tests for funnels and retention mechanics;

● Collaborate closely with Marketing, BI, Compliance, Legal, and Engineering teams;

● Manage product backlog, write User Stories & Acceptance Criteria, and lead Scrum ceremonies (2-week sprints);

● Ensure full compliance with regulations (UKGC, MGA, Spelinspektionen, etc.) 

Nice to Have:

● Experience with platform providers (e.g., EveryMatrix, SoftSwiss, Digitain);

● Understanding of slot mechanics, RTP, and game performance metrics;

● Experience with CRM tools (Optimove, CleverTap, Braze);

● Knowledge of Responsible Gaming frameworks;

● Familiarity with crypto/web3 gambling products.
