About the role: We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in military, defense, or other critical environments to lead and coordinate technical projects in the military domain. 

This role requires strong ownership, the ability to operate under changing conditions, and close collaboration with field teams, engineers, and R&D.

You will work with realworld feedback from the field and be responsible for turning it into structured improvements, integrations, and operational solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support technical requests from the military domain, from initial input to execution.
• Plan and coordinate field deployments and on-site activities: schedules, logistics, warehouses, and responsible stakeholders.
• Own the full integration lifecycle: from first field feedback to implementation of chages.
• Synchronize cross-functional teams: pilots, engineers, R&D, integration teams, and logistics.
• Track tasks across platforms, versions, upgrades, and iterations.
• Systematize issues, incidents, and structured feedback coming directly from the field.
• Run regular syncs, monitor deadlines, and provide clear status updates.

• Build and maintain documentation processes: reports, checklists, lessons learned.

   

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience managing technical projects (hardware, drones, R&D, integrations).
• Experience in project management or working with physical/hardware products.
• Solid understanding of the technical lifecycle: production, integration, testing, and flight operations.
• Strong skills in planning, deadline management, logistics coordination, and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills across technical, field, and product teams.

• Ability to bring structure to chaos and maintain control in dynamic and changing environments.

   

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on military, defense, or other critical-domain projects.
• Understanding of UAV architecture or payload systems.
• Ability to prepare concise technical reports, BRDs, or change logs.
• Hands-on experience with field testing or hardware deployment.
