Responsibilities
- Arbitrage process management: setting up and optimizing Facebook traffic pouring processes;
- Improvement and development of working funnels, searching for new effective solutions;
- Quality and performance control of each webmasterβs traffic pouring, ensuring stable performance of Tier 1β3 teams;
- Independent traffic testing and hands-on media buying skills, searching for, verifying, and scaling personal funnels;
- Hands-on involvement and team support through personal example and expertise;
- Managing a team of ~5 people within a 50+ structure: formation, development, motivation;
- KPI control for the team and personal media buying results;
- Interaction with Head / CEO, preparation and delivery of regular reports;
- Implementation of improvements in traffic approaches and participation in scaling the team in a growing company environment;
Would be a plus:
- Experience with In-App and UAC.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in the gambling industry of at least 2 years;
- Practical experience in Facebook traffic arbitrage: ability to launch, test, and optimize funnels;
- Management experience (preferably experience leading a distributed/remote team, but not critical);
- Understanding of Tier 1β3 workflow processes;
