Responsibilities

  • Arbitrage process management: setting up and optimizing Facebook traffic pouring processes;
  • Improvement and development of working funnels, searching for new effective solutions;
  • Quality and performance control of each webmaster’s traffic pouring, ensuring stable performance of Tier 1–3 teams;
  • Independent traffic testing and hands-on media buying skills, searching for, verifying, and scaling personal funnels;
  • Hands-on involvement and team support through personal example and expertise;
  • Managing a team of ~5 people within a 50+ structure: formation, development, motivation;
  • KPI control for the team and personal media buying results;
  • Interaction with Head / CEO, preparation and delivery of regular reports;
  • Implementation of improvements in traffic approaches and participation in scaling the team in a growing company environment;


Would be a plus:

  • Experience with In-App and UAC.

Requirements

  • Mandatory experience in the gambling industry of at least 2 years;
  • Practical experience in Facebook traffic arbitrage: ability to launch, test, and optimize funnels;
  • Management experience (preferably experience leading a distributed/remote team, but not critical);
  • Understanding of Tier 1–3 workflow processes;
