Business analyst (offline)

Required skills:

Strong business analysis skills;
Ability to work in an Agile product-based organisation;
Skills in Jira, SQL Server, Gherkin is a must;
Experience of modelling system workflows, components and data models;
Confidence to contribute to decision making;
Systematic approach to complexity;
Experience of a problem-solving approach and the ability to provide creative solutions;
Upper-Intermediate level of English and higher.

Will be a plus:

Knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS SCCM, Windows Server.

Responsibilities:

Writing user stories to the definition of ready;
Developing acceptance criteria;
Product inspection;
Gathering requirements;
Refining the sprint backlog;
Collaboration with cross-functional teams;
Contribution to the evolution of best practice within the team and department;
Write and review clear, concise and comprehensive technical documentation;
Facilitate cross-functional workshops to determine stories and acceptance criteria;
Keep the backlog up to date;
Collaboration with the team and others to deliver high-quality solutions;
Proactively identify areas of improvement.
