Lead Generation Specialist

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our Lviv-based team and support our growth through consistent and high-quality outreach.
 

Responsibilities:

- Researching and identifying relevant leads and business opportunities

- Writing personalized outreach messages and communicating with potential clients

- Working with platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn

- Tracking leads, maintaining pipelines, and managing follow-ups

- Collaborating with the team to improve outreach strategies and approaches
 

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in lead generation

- Good spoken and written English (comfortable communicating with international clients)

- Previous experience in an IT service company will be a plus

- Understanding of lead generation processes and tools

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Based in Lviv 
 

Nice to have:

- Experience with different outreach channels (LinkedIn, email, etc.)

- Basic understanding of IT services
