Mission of this role
We have an exciting opportunity for someone who loves organizing complex creator pipelines and keeping production running without delays.
In this role, you are responsible for managing communication with creators, approving creators sourced by the team, and reviewing raw footage before it goes to editing.
Your mission is to ensure that:
- Creators are approved quickly and correctly
- Creator footage meets our quality standards
- The creator sourcing team is scheduled and aligned
- Production is never blocked by missing or late creators
You will work closely with Creative Strategists, Editors, and Project Managers to ensure campaigns move from creator sourcing to final ads as smoothly as possible.
Your responsibilities
Creator Communication & Management
- Communicate directly with creators once they are approved
- Answer creator questions about scripts, filming requirements, and deadlines
- Ensure creators understand what is expected before filming
- Follow up with creators to make sure content is delivered on time
- Creator Approval & Quality Control
- Review creators sourced by the sourcing team and approve or reject them based on campaign requirements
- Review raw creator footage and decide whether it should be approved or reshot
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to creators when improvements are needed
- Ensure that editors receive high-quality footage that matches the creative brief
Creator Pipeline & Planning
- Coordinate with the creator sourcing team to ensure all creator slots are filled
- Monitor creator deadlines and flag potential delays early
- Build backup creator pools to avoid production delays
- Make sure campaigns always have creators ready before filming deadlines
Process & Collaboration
- Use Asana, Slack, Google Drive, and Notion to keep creator operations organized
- Communicate proactively with strategists, project managers, and editors
- Continuously improve the creator workflow and suggest better systems
- Ensure the creator pipeline runs fast, organized, and predictable
What we’re looking for
- Experience working with UGC creators, influencers, or creator management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at the same time
- Comfortable giving direct feedback to creators when quality needs improvement
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Reliable, proactive, and able to take ownership of responsibilities
- Comfortable working in a remote international team
- Location: preferably Southeast Asia (Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc.)
Bonus (not required)
- Experience working with UGC ads, e-commerce brands or performance marketing agencies
- Experience managing creator pipelines or influencer campaigns
- Understanding of Meta ads or performance marketing
- Experience working with Asana, Notion, or other project management tools
- Experience using AI tools like Chat GPT & Claude
