We are EVIQO β a fast-growing product company in the EV charging space, operating in the US market.
We are currently scaling our team and looking for a Recruitment Specialist who can take ownership of hiring processes and help us grow.

What youβll be doing
- Full-cycle recruitment (from sourcing to offer)
- Active sourcing via LinkedIn, Djinni, and other channels
- Close collaboration with hiring managers
- Working in partnership with the HRD to improve and structure hiring processes
- Managing candidate experience
Participating in hiring decisions
What weβre looking for
- 1.5β2+ years of experience in recruitment
- Experience with active sourcing (LinkedIn, boolean search)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong communication skills
English level B1+
Nice to have
- Experience with US or EU markets
Experience in product or fast-growing companies
