Recruitment Specialist (In-house, US market, product company)

We are EVIQO — a fast-growing product company in the EV charging space, operating in the US market.

We are currently scaling our team and looking for a Recruitment Specialist who can take ownership of hiring processes and help us grow.

What you’ll be doing

• Full-cycle recruitment (from sourcing to offer)
• Active sourcing via LinkedIn, Djinni, and other channels
• Close collaboration with hiring managers
• Working in partnership with the HRD to improve and structure hiring processes
• Managing candidate experience

• Participating in hiring decisions

   

What we’re looking for

• 1.5–2+ years of experience in recruitment
• Experience with active sourcing (LinkedIn, boolean search)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Strong communication skills

• English level B1+

   

Nice to have

• Experience with US or EU markets

• Experience in product or fast-growing companies
