🚀 About the role

 

 

We are looking for a PPC Media Buyer to manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google, TikTok, and Meta platforms.

 

You will own campaign performance end-to-end — from launch to scaling and optimization.

 

⚡ Responsibilities

 

 

  • Launch and optimize campaigns on:

     

    • Google Ads (Search / UAC / Display / YouTube)
    • TikTok Ads
    • Meta Ads

     

  • Manage budgets and bidding strategies
  • Optimize towards CPA / ROAS / LTV
  • Run A/B tests:

     

    • creatives
    • audiences
    • landing pages

     

  • Analyze funnel performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Work with product / design / analytics teams
  • Scale winning campaigns and cut underperforming ones



 

✅ Requirements

 

 

  • 2+ years experience in PPC / performance marketing
  • Strong experience with at least one channel:

     

    • Google Ads / TikTok / Meta

     

  • Understanding of:

     

    • attribution (AppsFlyer / GA / Firebase)
    • conversion tracking

     

  • Experience managing budgets $30k–100k+/month
  • Strong analytical skills
  • English B1–B2+


 

🔥 Nice to have

 

 

  • Experience with:

     

    • mobile apps / subscriptions
    • Web2App funnels

     

  • Knowledge of SKAN / iOS attribution
  • Experience with BI tools / dashboards
