🚀 About the role
We are looking for a PPC Media Buyer to manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google, TikTok, and Meta platforms.
You will own campaign performance end-to-end — from launch to scaling and optimization.
⚡ Responsibilities
Launch and optimize campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search / UAC / Display / YouTube)
- TikTok Ads
- Meta Ads
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies
- Optimize towards CPA / ROAS / LTV
Run A/B tests:
- creatives
- audiences
- landing pages
- Analyze funnel performance and identify growth opportunities
- Work with product / design / analytics teams
- Scale winning campaigns and cut underperforming ones
✅ Requirements
- 2+ years experience in PPC / performance marketing
Strong experience with at least one channel:
- Google Ads / TikTok / Meta
Understanding of:
- attribution (AppsFlyer / GA / Firebase)
- conversion tracking
- Experience managing budgets $30k–100k+/month
- Strong analytical skills
- English B1–B2+

Experience with:
- mobile apps / subscriptions
- Web2App funnels
- Knowledge of SKAN / iOS attribution
- Experience with BI tools / dashboards
