Motion designer

We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our creative team — someone who has a strong feel for market dynamics and knows how to create creatives that actually convert.

Responsibilities:

• Creating animated creatives (videos, deepfakes, lipsyncs, slot animations)
• Working with graphics and video editing for advertising materials
• Creating 2–3 creatives according to technical briefs
• Adapting creatives for different GEOs and offers
• Monitoring current trends and generating new creative ideas
• Meeting deadlines and following approved creative concepts

• Participating in the development and scaling of the creative team

   

Requirements:

• Experience in affiliate marketing — mandatory
• At least 1 year of experience in motion design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop
• Basic skills with ElevenLabs and Sync tools
• Experience creating deepfakes, lipsyncs, and slot animations
• Understanding of slot structure and animation of gaming elements

• Nice to have: 3D knowledge (Blender / Cinema 4D)
