Requirements

• Proficient in manual testing across web and/or mobile applications
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies (functional, regression, integration, API testing)
• Understanding of application architectures (client-server, REST APIs, microservices basics)
• Intermediate experience working in Scrum / Agile environments
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into clear, structured test cases and User Stories
• Strong communication skills with Product Managers and cross-functional teams (Intermediate English or higher)
• Ability to mentor Junior QA Engineers (1–2 people) and review their work
   

AI & Modern QA Skills (Required)
 

• Practical use of AI tools in QA workflows (e.g. ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) for:
• test case generation
• bug analysis and reproduction steps
• test data creation
• documentation and summarization
• Ability to create effective prompts for QA tasks (prompt engineering basics)
• Experience using AI to accelerate exploratory testing and risk analysis
• Understanding of limitations of AI-generated outputs (hallucinations, inconsistencies, false positives)
• Ability to validate AI-generated test cases and outputs against requirements
   

Nice to Haves
 

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build/deployment processes
• Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with AI-powered testing tools
• Exposure to API testing of AI/LLM-based systems (e.g. OpenAI API)
• Understanding of test optimization using AI (self-healing tests, smart locators, flaky test detection)
• Awareness of basic evaluation concepts for AI systems (accuracy, precision/recall at a high level)
