SEO Specialist (US Market) Offline

We’re seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team!

We are a dynamic team driving SEO for a diverse range of businesses on the US market. Our portfolio is versatile: we work with both local small business websites and large enterprise-level e-commerce platforms (valued $10M+ annual turnover with 200,000+ SKUs).

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in large e-commerce/enterprise projects
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JS
• Deep understanding of the US search market: Google algorithms, E-E-A-T principles, and local ranking nuances
• Strong skills in site speed optimization, Core Web Vitals, mobile-first indexing, and implementing advanced structured data (Schema.org)
• Proven ability to optimize product listings for Google Shopping (Merchant Center) and manage product feeds
• Solid grasp of AI-powered SEO tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity). You use them not just for text, but for clustering, regex generation, and workflow automation
• Experience with A/B testing, CTR optimization, and conversion rate improvements (CRO)
• Successful track record with international projects (domain switch, hreflang, etc.)
• English: Upper-Intermediate (meetings with English speaking clients)
• Fluent level of Ukrainian language

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for a variety of clients — from local businesses to large e-commerce platforms
• Manage the full SEO cycle: technical audits, content optimization, link building, local SEO, and site structure improvements
• Optimize product feeds and listings to increase visibility in Google Shopping and AI-driven search
• Create clear and accurate technical tasks (Jira tickets) for developers, content, and outreach teams
• Use AI tools to streamline workflows, support content creation, and scale SEO efforts
• Run A/B tests to improve CTR and conversion rates, aligning SEO with business goals
• Track and analyze performance (GA4, Looker Studio), delivering actionable insights — not just data
