We specialize in flexible interaction exclusively with international clients (we cover industries from commercial aviation to fintech) thanks to a multinational support group of experts and management.
We are looking for a Recruitment Researcher/Sourcer to join our Recruitment team and manage the first stage of our recruiting process.
As a part of our Recruiting team, you’ll be working closely with Recruiters to develop creative strategies to find the best talents.
Main Sourcer’s responsibility includes using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting pass, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Next task & responsibilities await for you:
- Working closely with recruiters to deeply understand the technical requirements of the role
- Partner with recruiters to develop a sourcing plan with deliverables and timelines.
- Find, engage and approach passive candidates through the use of Boolean,
- Internal ATS, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques.
- Prepare a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Present pre-selected candidates to recruiters
- Follow up with candidates to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Form and maintain relationships with potential candidates. (Follow up & feedback on time)
- Maintain candidate internal databases (based on Company’s internal ATS)
You will fit if you have:
- At least 0,5-year experience in sourcing within the IT industry
- Experience in different sourcing techniques
- Understanding of IT market
- Ability to present our Company and open roles to potential candidates
- English level not lower than Intermediate
- And as the person you possess:
- A high level of organization and an eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time-management abilities
- Resul-oriented behavior with a can-do attitude
What is the interviewing process?
1st stage: communication with the recruiter by skype (up to 30 minutes)
2nd stage: personal meeting with Recruitment Lead & People Partner (1 hour)

Work Schedule and location
Flexible: it is not necessary to sit out from 09:00 to 18:00. You can work from home 1 day a week. If you want, you can come earlier and, accordingly, leave earlier (+/- 2 hours). The workplace in the office is in two steps (actually less than 1 minute!) from the metro station Pecherskaya. Every day you can have lunch here in a new place - the full abundance of options.
