Data Analyst (Marketing)

Your impact:

• Primarily work with Marketing team and help to make correct data-informed decisions;
• Automate the management and monitoring of marketing platforms (e.g., campaign status tracking, performance monitoring, budget control, anomaly detection);
• Build scripts and tools to interact with ad platform APIs, streamline routine tasks;
• Create AI-assisted workflows using LLM APIs;
• Develop and support dashboards and reports that provide transparency into campaign performance and business KPIs;
• Contribute to our internal BetterBI system, consolidating marketing, financial, and product data.
• Help design a scalable and maintainable analytics infrastructure and improve internal data workflows.

About you:

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a product-oriented company;
• Analytical mindset; ability to structure information and dive deeper when it is needed;
• Full proficiency in SQL and Excel;
• Hands-on experience with BI tools and data visualization (e.g., Tableau);
• Confident Python skills for data manipulation and scripting;
• Strong English written/verbal communication skills.
• Practical experience using ChatGPT, Gemini, or other LLM APIs, with a good grasp of prompt engineering to solve business tasks
   

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Firebase, AppsFlyer, etc.);
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks;
• Experience working with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) via APIs.
