Position: BDR (Business Development Representative)

About the Role

We are looking for a BDR with a primary focus on lead generation. Your key responsibility will be to identify and nurture potential clients, with further handoff to the BDM team.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold outreach via LinkedIn, messengers, and other channels
• Daily active communication (20–30 messages)
• Working with lead generation tools
• Recording, processing, and structuring incoming responses
• Transferring warmed-up and qualified leads to the BDM team

KPI

• 3–5 qualified leads per month

Requirements

• Strong English (mandatory)
• Basic experience in lead generation / digital / IT (a plus)
• Structured approach and ability to work with data
• High level of proactivity and initiative

Compensation

• Junior: from $1500+
• Middle: from $2000+
• Lead-based bonuses (KPI-based)
