Technical support engineer (offline)

Requirements:
· Work experience in technical support
· Advanced computer skills
· Analytical mindset
· English — upper-intermediate and higher
· Effective self-organization skills, disciplined approach, resilience
· Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with clients

Responsibility:
· Working with a database
· Simulating user’s cases at the test environment
· Assisting Dev and DevOps teams in an investigation
· Communication with clients via phone calls, emails, jira;
· Resolving product related issues;
· Integration support;
· Bug reproducing / reporting;
· Data issues research

Will be a plus:
· German or French - upper-intermediate and higher
