Lead Software Engineer — Front-End (React) (offline)

About the client
Our Client, Connected HealthTech Solutions is one of the largest telehealth service providers.

Required skills
— At least 1 year of experience as a hands-on full stack team leader/tech lead, leading a web-based product development;
— 4+ years’ experience with JavaScript (ES6- ES7, design patterns, OOP);
— 2 years’ experience with React / Redux;
— Proficiency in HTML/CSS;
— Experience with SPA;
— Experience with writing unit tests/integration tests;
— Working with Webpack, Babel, lint;
— Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins etc..);
— Ability to self-prioritize and self-manage. Meet deadlines. And cope well with pressure;
— Passionate, curious, and quick to learn;
— Upper-Intermediate English level.

As a plus
— Great technical abilities and understanding of development processes;
— Experience with Java;
— Experience of work with dockerized containers;
— Previous experience working on telehealth products;
— Experience designing API in production — graphQL / SOAP;
— Experience working with gRPC protocol
— Experience of work with remote teams;
— Experience working in a startup environment.

Responsibilities
— Lead a front-end development team of 5 developers and feature team of 7 developers;
— Design and implement the company’s platform web clients (clinician, patient and admin console);
— Analyze business and product requirements to build first-grade web apps that integrate with the company’s API;
— Be an active part of design and code reviews and ensure high development standards across the team;
— Test and deploy your components and ensure end to end quality robustness of the solution;
— Manage individual priorities and deadlines;
— Contribute to the overall vision and architecture of the company’s platform.
