Sales Development Representative (offline)

Requirements:
β€” At least 1 year of experience in customer acquisition and/or business development
β€” Experience using LinkedIn, Xing and similar resources to acquire new prospects
β€” At least Upper-Intermediate written and spoken English
β€” Ability to communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and departments within a single company
β€” Self-managed and goal-oriented with basic understanding of sales performance metrics
β€” Experience building long-term relationships with prospects
β€” Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Will be a plus:
β€” Experience with CRM software (Hubspot and similar ones)
β€” Basic understanding of SDLC
β€” Must be comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments

Responsibilities:
β€” Work closely with sales and marketing managers to achieve team goals
β€” Maintain customer database (CRM)
β€” Working with LinkedIN and similar platforms for Lead Generation/Prospect acquisition
β€” Do market researches & analysis
β€” Prepare proposals and set up business calls
β€” Taking part in negotiations with leads/clients
β€” Attending conferences, events and meetups
