Customer Success Manager (offline)

As a Customer Success Manager you'll:
- Receive and sort customer emails and respond to their queries via email, chat and phone.
- Verify the accuracy of the data sent by our customers.
- Provide an advice to customers connected to usage of our product.
- Provide exceptional experience to our customers.

Some things we consider critical to succeeding in this role:
- Fluent English (both oral and written).
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in Tech Support.
- Time-management skills.
- Acquaintance with IT sphere.
- Readiness to work during night shifts.

Will be a good plus:
- Experience in trading platforms, stock exchanges.
- Polish language (Intermediate or higher).
