UI/UX Designer (offline)

Required Skills:

*1-2 years professional experience designing complex consumer based UI solutions.
*Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and understanding of code implementation, including CSS, Javascript, and HTML5 a plus.
*Be autonomous, yet collaborative. Take ownership of your work and responsibility for every detail each step of the way. We value design team collaboration and never do your work in a vacuum.
*Demonstrated experience working with product managers and software engineers in an agile environment.
*Ability to work quickly and meticulously.
*An insatiable desire to challenge oneself while having a restless, creative mind.

Will be a plus:
*B2B background is a plus.
*Digital portfolio of unique work, showcasing experience designing superior creative specifically for UI design and UX thinking that met its business objectives.

Responsibility:
*Translate complex business ideas, needs and goals into simple, beautiful user-friendly high-fidelity UI designs.
*Able to design and think through UI elements in multiple states so that a user can anticipate a seamless and cohesive experience.
*Experience with best practices for micro animations and opinions on where we can drive results across our web app and marketing site.
*Work as a bridge for marketing and product design endeavors to ensure UI elements work as a system within all builds.
*Think both long- and short-term to meet the constraints of a continuous release process while iterating toward a future vision.
*Test, improve and optimize UI and UX for existing features and products.
*Develop wireframes and designs for product
*Collaborate with Product and Marketing Teams regularly to ensure business and user goals are met.
*Manage, track and QA projects from conception to delivery with a proactive and collaborative attitude with Dev Team.
