People operation specialist

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist who will be the voice of our internal culture, supporting employees across the employee lifecycle, strengthening internal communications, and helping the team stay connected in a fully remote environment.

We actively use AI and automation to reduce routine work and improve processes. At the same time, our main goal is to free up time for what matters most - people. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR / People Operations / HR Generalist / HR Coordinator / Internal Communications;
- Experience supporting the employee lifecycle;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an understanding of company tone of voice;
- Confidence in public speaking (webinars, team sessions, presentations);
- Ability to conduct 1:1 conversations and build trust with employees;
- Experience working with reports and spreadsheets;
- Ability to create presentations (Pitch / AhaSlides / PowerPoint);
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) in day-to-day work;
- Languages: Ukrainian - fluent; English - Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

 

Nice to Have
- Experience working with Hurma, SmartExpert;
- Experience with LMS / knowledge bases / learning platforms;
- Experience using AI to optimize processes (templates, reporting, knowledge base management).

Responsibilities
Employee Support & Operations
- Support employees with HR-related questions (helpdesk in messenger);
- Manage remote onboarding for new hires;
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with part of the team (up to 50 employees);
- Support adaptation and offboarding processes;
- Collect feedback and escalate issues to the Head of HR / People Partner;
- Maintain HR documentation and reports.

 

Internal Communications & Culture
- Manage the internal Slack channel (content planning and posts);
- Support corporate culture initiatives: birthdays, work anniversaries, team activities;
- Assign corporate currency bonuses for work anniversaries;
- Generate visuals for communications using AI tools;
- Maintain and update the internal knowledge base and HR materials (Notion).

 

Webinars & Events
- Prepare and host monthly webinars for the team (topics may include Mental Health, Soft Skills, Relocation, and company updates);
- Create engaging presentations (Pitch / AhaSlides);
- Organize internal activities such as Random Coffee.

 

Loyalty Program & Culture
- Manage the employee loyalty program;
- Oversee company merch initiatives;
- Conduct mood monitoring surveys and prepare insights/reports;
- Organize internal online events and engagement activities.

 

Learning & Development
- Administer and develop the Academy/knowledge base;
- Support 360-degree review processes;
- Participate in L&D initiatives such as internal webinars and learning programs;
- Coordinate external speakers and training providers.
 

HR Platforms & Processes
- Work with HR platforms (Hurma, SmartExpert - a plus);
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems;
- Support operational HR processes and tasks of the Head of HR / People Partner;
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR processes.
