Senior Project Manager to $4000

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, on time, and within budget, and helping us improve our operational and delivery processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within scope, time, and budget - from discovery to launch and post-launch activities.
• Coordinate team work and foster collaboration and synergy.
• Work with the team to break down and decompose projects, and build delivery timelines.
• Manage project scope and trade-offs.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Use project management tools to ensure transparency and track progress.
• Communicate closely with project stakeholders and resource management team to manage expectations and ensure delivery visibility.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong planning, risk management, stakeholders expectations management and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a cross-squad and multi-project environment.
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing the full project lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management best practices, with hands-on experience in selecting and adapting methodologies to fit project needs.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• European time zone.
• Advanced English level.
