We seek a dedicated and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology sector and a passion for connecting with top talent. You will identify, attract, and hire IT professionals who align with our company’s values and goals.


Requirements:
• At least 1.5 + years of experience in IT recruitment;
Advanced level of English;
• Practical experience in recruiting in the European/ Ukrainian markets;
• Skills in working with ATS/HRM (PeopleForce will be a plus)
• Multitasking, self-organizational, and team player
• abilities possibility to visit the office in Lviv from time to time and participate in HR events

Responsibilities:
• Full-cycle recruitment of tech, art, and managers positions;
• Searching for employees of different levels in different countries;
• Researching and assessing the current job market trends in relevant industries;
• Cooperating with HR teammates and team leaders;
• Assisting in the onboarding of new hires
• Proactively sourcing new candidates using various channels;
• Conducting pre-screen calls to evaluate candidates based on their experience and cultural fit;
• Gathering and providing feedback to candidates during the hiring process;
• Leading the preparation of job offers and negotiating compensation;
• Working with hiring managers and interviewers, identifying unique selling points;
• Preparing market research and other reports

  1. Pre-screening Interview with Recruiter (up to 1 hour)
  2. HR Interview (1 hour)
