Customer support manager

Requirements:
English - ADVANCED, oral and written, general literacy, the desire to learn and improve yourself.

Responsibilities:
- live support of existing customers,
- informational support to clients on existing services and current promotions over online chat and phone;
- working within CRM database surrounding;
- assistance in connecting services and payment if client needs it.
