As our SDR, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting relevant prospects through signal-driven outreach across LinkedIn, email, and complementary channels. You’ll work within a structured ABM approach, keeping a precise CRM discipline and constantly experimenting with new techniques, tools, and AI-driven workflows.

 

Requirements

  • 4+ years in SDR or similar roles within IT outsourcing companies
  • Excellent English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate+)
  • Proven success with LinkedIn + email-based outbound
  • Strong understanding of outbound best practices, modern prospecting frameworks, and multi-step sequences
  • Experience selling to Enterprise and SMB clients
  • Previous hands-on experience with AI tools (prospecting, enrichment, copy personalization, data processing)
  • Data-driven mindset: you enjoy dashboards, metrics, and performance optimization
  • Experience working within a CRM (PipeDrive, HubSpot or similar)
  • ABM-oriented: understanding ICP nuances, buying committees, and personalized messaging

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct signal-based outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and additional channels (Slack communities, forums, B2B platforms, events)
  • Build and maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline of qualified Enterprise and SMB prospects
  • Execute ABM-driven outreach, tailoring messages to buying roles and company context
  • Hit and exceed monthly KPIs 
  • Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, from logging activities to tracking engagement signals and funnel progression
  • Continuously refine tactics, test new tools, optimize sequences, and stay up to date on outbound trends
