Lead Developer PHP/React

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the technical direction and continuous development of our software landscape
• Design, architect, and plan new software projects from the initial idea through to technical implementation
• Provide technical leadership for the development team, including prioritization, architectural decision-making, and technical guidance
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews and by developing and maintaining best practices within the team
   

Your Qualifications

• Strong experience developing complex web applications using PHP and React
• Solid expertise in software architecture, system design, and building scalable applications
• Proven experience in leading developer teams and mentoring less experienced engineers
• Confident handling of code quality, testing, deployment, and version control
• Strong ability to make technical decisions and clearly communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience planning and delivering new software projects, including effort estimation and technical roadmaps
• High level of ownership, structured working style, and the ambition to continuously improve technical standards within the company
• Good knowledge of German language is required
