Social Media Manager (Junior / Mid-Level)

We’re looking for a Junior / Mid-Level Social Media Manager to support the execution side of our social media operations.

In our OmniSocial system, content is planned, scripted, professionally shot, and delivered as large batches of raw video and photo assets. This role is responsible for reviewing those assets, identifying the best content opportunities, turning them into a structured publishing plan, writing captions, and scheduling content across channels.

This person will also support key platform operations such as creating accounts, obtaining access, verifying accounts, and optimizing social media channels. These executive and administrative responsibilities are essential in helping our senior team stay focused on higher-level strategy.

Responsibilities

• Review raw video and photo assets and identify strong social content opportunities
• Build and manage content calendars and publishing plans
• Write captions and post copy for social media content
• Schedule and publish posts across platforms
• Create, verify, and optimize social media accounts
• Manage account access and support channel setup
• Handle repeatable execution tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Support the broader social media strategy through strong day-to-day execution

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, marketing, content coordination, or a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content workflows
• Ability to think strategically about content, even in an execution-focused role
• Strong written communication skills
• Bonus: background in marketing, video editing, or content production
