The Job Description

 

We are looking for a communications and marketing specialist to help us grow engagement with our global community of travel agents, OTAs, and TMCs.

In this role, you will lead communications targeted at travel agencies that book airline tickets through the WorldTicket distribution platform (W2). Your goal is to increase awareness, engagement, and ultimately ticket sales on W2 ticket stock.

You will plan and execute campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and web channels — highlighting airline partnerships, new routes, promotions, and distribution opportunities available through WorldTicket.

You will work closely with our OTA & TMC sales team, airline partners, and commercial leadership to translate commercial priorities into clear, engaging communications for travel agents worldwide.

This role owns the process end-to-end — from campaign idea and content creation to launch, performance tracking, and optimisation.

 

This role can be based in any one of our hubs in Warsaw or Kyiv. Having a global team and customer base, we provide a highly dynamic and international work environment with daily considerations around different cultures, multiple time zones and various business requirements from our customers. We work in an online agile environment, with teams in multiple locations with flexible home working options available.

 

Your day to day

 

  • Plan and run marketing campaigns
    Translate commercial priorities (airline launches, route announcements, promotions, incentive campaigns) into communications targeted at travel agents.
  • Own the email channel
    Create and send campaigns to the global travel agent database, including airline announcements, route launches, promotions, and educational content. Segment audiences and track campaign performance.
  • Create content for travel agents
    Produce clear and engaging B2B content across channels, including email campaigns, LinkedIn posts and carousels, and website/microsite content.
  • Promote airline partners
    Work with airline partners and internal teams to promote new partnerships, routes, and ticketing opportunities available through WorldTicket.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams
    Work closely with the OTA & TMC sales team, airline distribution team, and customer success team to align communications with commercial priorities.
  • Monitor performance and optimise campaigns
    Track engagement and campaign results and use insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Build processes and identify new engagement opportunities
    Help develop scalable ways of working for travel agent communications and experiment with new formats or channels to grow engagement.

 

Requirements for the role:

 

  • Demonstrable ability to plan and lead communications campaigns across a variety of channels deploying different tools and tactics
  • Experience building and managing content calendars
  • Track record of building relationships with specific audiences and delivering on campaign KPIs
  • Experience working in partnership with customers and/or brands for campaigns
  • Some knowledge of travel industry, the value chain and different audience groups
  • 3+ years in communications or marketing
  • Experience working with OTAs, TMCs or in a B2B/SAAS related role is desirable but not essential
  • Fluent English. Knowledge of other languages will be a huge benefit
