IT Support Specialist/System Administrator (offline)
Your profile:
Degree in the IT area or equivalent qualification
Excellent knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Practical experience in administration in the Windows environment
Some experience in the support area will be an added advantage
Flexibility what concerns working hours
Intermediate English (verbal /written)
Ability to think analytically and in a solution-oriented manner
Service orientation and professionalism coupled with strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the IT operations of our customers in an international environment
Analyzing and resolving operational problems in a reliable and quick manner
Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running
Installing and configuring new hardware and software
Provide basic support and troubleshooting, such as password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, ticket routing and escalation
Communication with development teams
Responsibility for the proper and in time deployment of systems
Soft skills:
