Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate support to our users via email, live chat, and phone.
- Resolve user issues related to account management, transactions, and general inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Monitor and report on user feedback and recurring issues.
- Educate users on platform features and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably within the cryptocurrency or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using support software and CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Experience with platforms such as Intercom, Confluence, and Jira.
- Familiarity with AML/KYC procedures.
