Affiliate Manager (CPA manager)

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to lead and scale our CPA channel through affiliate networks and strategic partners. The role focuses on traffic growth, partner management, performance optimization, and achieving customer acquisition targets.

Responsibilities

• Search for and onboard new CPA networks and affiliate partners;
• Develop and scale existing partnerships;
• Achieve acquisition and primary issuance targets;
• Manage CPA/CPL/CPS/RevShare cooperation models;
• Negotiate rates, offers, promos, and partnership terms;
• Monitor traffic quality and partner performance;
• Analyze the full funnel: clicks → registrations → applications → approvals → signings → issuances;
• Track and optimize key metrics: CPA, CAC, CR, EPC, approve rate, signing rate, traffic quality, and volume;
• Prepare reports on partner performance and traffic results;
• Work closely with analytics, product, risk, retention, and contact center teams;
• Ensure correct tracking, postbacks, events, and payout processes.

Requirements

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager / CPA Manager / Partnership Manager;
• Strong understanding of CPA models and affiliate networks;
• Experience with performance marketing traffic;
• Knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPS, CAC, CR, EPC, ROI/ROMI metrics;
• Ability to analyze both traffic volume and quality;
• Experience negotiating with partners and affiliate networks;
• Strong analytical and reporting skills;

• Ability to identify growth opportunities and propose solutions quickly.

• Experience in fintech / lending / payday loans;
• Experience with highly competitive CPA niches;
• Understanding of approve rate, signing rate, and customer quality metrics;
• Experience with payout-per-issued-loan models;
• Experience with mobile traffic, PWA/APK/app traffic;
• Existing affiliate partner network.
