DevOps Engineer (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Use Terraform to treat infrastructure as code
• Assist in planning and reviewing application architecture and design to promote efficient deployment process
• Participate in building the system to be fault-tolerant using tools like Chaos Monkey to inject failures
• Use the latest AWS technologies, as well as 3rd party monitoring tools like Datadog for monitoring.
• Automate deployment of builds and have zero-downtime deploys
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years Linux systems administration experience
• Experience using AWS technologies (AWS Lambdas, AWS S3, AWS Cloudfront, AWS Transcribe (audio to text), AWS CodeBuild)
• Experience with IAC tools like Terraform (ideally, but Cloudformation, Ansible, Salt, Chef, Puppet could also be useful skills)
• Proficiency in Networking/VPC/Security groups
• Scalable architecture skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and with minimal supervision
