Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help improve and maintain the infrastructure that powers our systems. You’ll take ownership of DevOps projects end-to-end: from building automation and monitoring solutions to troubleshooting infrastructure issues,

and will have the opportunity to suggest improvements to make our systems more reliable, efficient, and maintainable.

You’ll work independently, collaborating with engineering teams when needed for context or alignment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure problems and building the tools and automation that keep systems running smoothly.

This is a long-term, remote position. 

Project domain: Logistics.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment workflows
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure system reliability
• Troubleshoot infrastructure-level issues such as service timeouts, performance bottlenecks, and cascading failures
• Identify potential improvements to infrastructure, deployments, and operational processes
• Manage and optimize cloud environments (primarily GCP) with attention to security, cost, and maintainability

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering
• B1+ English level (Good to Perfect spoken level)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, observability, and cloud automation
• Proficiency with GCP (Compute Engine, GKE, IAM, Cloud Storage, etc.)
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) and experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform)
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver production-ready systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems and cloud environments
