Middle Strong Business Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and quality-driven Business Analyst with strong analytical thinking and confident communication skills. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take ownership of their work, actively contribute to solution design, and grow toward a Senior BA role.

 

What you will do

  • Work directly with customers to understand business goals, challenges, and context
  • Lead and facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
  • Elicit, structure, and validate requirements, turning them into clear and actionable deliverables
  • Own BA activities within the full project lifecycle (from discovery to delivery support)
  • Drive decision-making and alignment across stakeholders
  • Produce and maintain high-quality documentation (user stories, process flows, user journeys, etc.)
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business needs
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities (discovery, estimations, solution shaping, demos)
  • Continuously develop expertise in Salesforce, CRM solutions, and BA best practices
  •  

We are looking for

  • 3+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in CRM-related projects
    (Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to independently run requirement sessions and workshops
  • Strong experience in requirements documentation (BRDs/FRDs, user stories, etc.)
  • Ability to structure and visualize processes (BPMN, flow diagrams, etc.)
  • Experience with wireframing and UX thinking
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to understand business context, not just document requirements
  • Confident communication skills and ability to work directly with clients
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile processes
  • English โ€“ Upper-Intermediate or higher (B2+)
  •  

Will be a plus

  • Experience with Salesforce platform (or strong interest in it)
  • Participation in pre-sales and discovery phases
  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
  • BA certifications
  • Salesforce certifications
  • Experience supporting change management or user adoption
  • Polish - Upper-Intermediate or higher (B2+)
