We are looking for a Recruitment Researcher

Responsibilities
-Daily scope of work: active search for qualified candidates, according to vacancies requirements, using following channels: LinkedIn, professional community, forums, internal database, social networks, job boars etc.
-Gathering, screening and selecting resumes
Initial contact with potential «cold» candidates
-Additional responsibilities: alternative modules of research, phone screenings (candidate's salary expectation, short phone interview etc.)

Requirements
-Bachelor or higher degree ( for students we can offer flexible schedule)
-0,5 + year of experience for recruitment agency, marketing or sales department on position of assistant (junior), researcher
-Desire to develop recruitment carrier
-Attentiveness to details and efficiency in search
-English level Intermediate or higher
