Technical Group Leader в продуктовую компанию (разработка игр).

Requirements:
•Strong technical background as a developer or architect (Java or C# or C++),
•3+ years experience as Tech Lead,
•Experience with architecture of infrastructure, design patterns, databases,
•2+ years experience of leadership with teams from 40 people,
•Experience with Scrum,
•Deep understanding: OOP, Web, Mobile, DB.
• Upper-intermediate English
As plus Experience with Micro Services, Dockers, Kubernetes, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, AeroSpike, Istio, Hystrix

Responsibilities:
 People management: lead 2 teams (20+ employees) , hiring new team members, adaptation, motivation, skills development, team spirit, team buildings, non-work activities,
 Process management: support all Agile SCRUM ceremonies, improvement of current processes and new solutions,
 Quality delivery of infrastructure solutions.
