We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst (Marketing) to strengthen our analytics team. You will join a community of analysts who work with a modern data stack and help drive data-driven strategic decisions.

What you will do:
- Develop and maintain dashboards for marketing and top management.
- Drive analytics for A/B testing: from hypothesis formulation to result analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Analyze the performance of various marketing channels (Performance, CRM, SEO, Affiliate).
- Build cohort analysis and retention curves.
- Evaluate and optimize promo campaigns, analyzing discounts, special offers, and promotional tools.
- Work with raw data from GA, GTM, and Snowplow; set up events to track marketing activations.
- Utilize dbt models for data transformation, document metric logic, and maintain analytical pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in planning marketing activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and impact measurement.
What we are looking for:
- 3β5 years of experience as a Data Analyst,1+ years of experience in marketing or marketing-related analytics would be a plus.
- Strong SQL skills (BigQuery / Athena).
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau / Power BI).
- Solid understanding of statistics, particularly A/B testing.
- Experience in calculating key marketing metrics: CAC, ROMI, LTV, churn, retention.
- Experience with GA4 and GTM.
- Good presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data points in simple terms.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Python / R.
- Basic knowledge of and a desire to grow in Data Science.
