Lead Generation manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
- source leads using LinkedIn and other sources (social networks, forums, direct mailing, open directories);
- update and maintain the Lead database;
- lead qualification, segmentation, and profiling;
- manage cold email;
- appointing meetings with customers and our sales managers;
- general support for the Business Development team.

Ideal job profile:
- experience working in IT sales will be a plus;
- excellent communication skills;
- English level - advanced;
- experience with CRM systems, Confluence, Trello another management tools;
- proactive;
- team player;
- good presenter;
- self-organized;
- ability to perform under stress;
- strategic thinking.
