SEO Team Lead

We’re a fast-growing SEO agency, founded by Ukrainians and based in Germany, working with eCommerce businesses across the US and Europe. Now we’re looking for a Team Lead who’s ready to scale processes, own results, and grow with us.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the SEO direction across 5–10 eCommerce projects.
• Building scalable workflows — content, links, audits, tech.
• Managing and mentoring a team of SEOs, copywriters, and outreach managers.
• Communicating directly with clients — presenting plans and results.
• Conducting advanced SEO audits and setting technical requirements.

✅ What We Expect from You:

• 2+ years in SEO, at least 1 in eCommerce.
• Solid technical SEO experience — Shopify, site architecture, CWV, schema, crawl/indexation.
• Team leadership: you've mentored, delegated, delivered.
• Excellent English (C1+) — written and spoken.
• Strategic thinker — you understand both SEO and business.
