User acquisition team lead (offline)

Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of work experience as user acquisition manager / Media buyer manager;
- Knowledge of CPI, CPM, CPC, CPA, Flat Rate, RevShare;
- An upper-intermediate level English written and verbal communication;
- Experience in team management;
- Working with a financial report;
- Organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Working knowledge of web analytics software;
- Experience in Fintech would be a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Lead UA department (hire, manage and motivate);
- Identification of new media sources for our products;
- Advertising campaigns planning and its implementation on the stage of new product launch;
- Constant monitoring of traffic conversion;
- Working closely with designers, developers including task-setting and its monitoring;
- Planning of acquisition budget;
- Monitor costs and return on investment.
