Technical Director (offline)

AB Soft is looking for a driven professional and leader passionate about technology, doing things the right way and maintaining knowledge of engineering best practices and technology innovations. Our project is Cloud based UCaaS Platform that includes voice communication, video and screen share conferencing, team messaging and content sharing

Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in managing 100+ people team
- Experience in operating in agile/scrum development environment
- Strong software engineering background in front and/or backend development
- Experience in highly efficient software development technologies, CI/CD
- Strong speaking and written English
- Experience in implementing cloud-based mission critical systems is a plus

Position Responsibilities:
- Lead 450+ people software development organization that includes fronted, backend, manual and automation QA engineering teams
- Build teams and departments
- Coach and motivate employees
- Ensure quality of architecture and implementation
- Improve and optimize software development processes
- Participate in cross-function coordination of geographically distributed organization
- Control project planning, scheduling, ensure risk management and mitigation
