Principal / Architect Java Developer (offline)

The projects are technically challenging in an environment that is very engaging. Projects will utilize a multitude of different languages and skill sets with a focus on Java, C++, PostgreSQL, Oracle and AWS/Cloud.

We are looking for Java experts with experience in implementation of low latency, high throughput systems and services running under Linux\Windows to join our Agile team of professionals and unicorns.

Responsibilities:
• Develop high-quality software, design, and functional documentation
• Maintain code quality, code design and re-factor to gain the best performance;
• Ensure code quality with peer code reviews and providing constructive feedback;
• Coordinate work with BA, QA, Operational and cross-functional application teams to resolve data quality and performance issues

Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years of full life-cycle software development experience
• 8+ years of object-oriented development, in particular Java
• Proficient in multiple platforms and operating systems (e.g. Windows, Linux)
• Solid experience working with databases PostgreSQL or Oracle
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and UDP multicast network protocols
• Experience with deploying services to AWS a plus
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• English at the level of upper-Intermediate

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in AWS, Java, HTML 5, Containers, Puppet, Dockers, Jenkins CI, Selenium
• Experience in design and development of entitelement management solutions
• Experience in design and developing of data distribution systems
• Understanding of Financial Services
