Senior Project Manager (offline)

Qualifications and Skills:
—Experience in product lifecycle management
—Proven work experience in project management
—Strong knowledge of software development methodologies
—Hands-on in the estimation, project planning, execution, stakeholders management
—Familiarity with DevOps & Agile framework
—Organizational and leadership abilities
—Excellent communication skills
—Creative thinking skills
—Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
—Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
—Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
—Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Will be a plus:
—MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
—Background in software development and program management is preferred

Responsibilities:
— Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.
— Take part in the Engagement process (project estimation, creating proposals, negotiations with the client).
— Project team management (staffing, personal development plans, 1 on 1, team-buildings, motivation, etc.).
— Manage client expectations related to project, monitor and increase client satisfaction, facilitate client communications.
— Project ownership in all aspects (budget, scope, schedule, quality, etc.).
— Conduct design and code reviews.
— Hire, train and mentor development team members, hold regular one-on-ones, provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, writing performance evaluations.
— Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and portfolio team.
— Help facilitate and/or make key technical decisions with technical stakeholders.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to direct product development and ensure high return on investment (ROI.) You will translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish. To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver.
