Digital Marketing Manager (offline)

We're looking for a data-driven, well-rounded marketing manager with hands-on experience in driving major visibility strategies. In this role, you will work with senior leaders to create compelling brand stories to amplify Helpware's reach. You will also help lead our go-to-market efforts new service offerings.

To be successful in this role, you will need to understand our industry and customer base, identify key hypotheses with data-driven customer insights, develop and deploy go-to-market strategy, and ensure we tell a cohesive brand story.

You will:

Spearhead go-to-market marketing strategy and execution for new service offerings
Craft value proposition / positioning strategies
Create Sales Collateral Materials. Decks, Sales Sheets, Proposals, Case Studies, Price Sheets, Competitive Analysis
Lead Social Media Strategy and Roadmap for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
Lead Blog Strategy and Roadmap, partnering with Inc, Forbes, etc
Leverage Google Analytics research to dictate decisions
Develop innovative ideas to bring in more appointments with a positive ROI
Build data based research to dictate ideas
Update website for maximum visibility, clarity, and appointment and lead generation
At the end of the day, it's all about generating more appointments- have a pulse on how to drive them

What you'll need:

You have 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B environment. Bonus for BPO or SaaS
You've successfully managed and launched high impact strategies with full marketing ownership over the go-to-market process
You are good at analyzing complex data to drive key audience/market insights
You're self-motivated.
You manage uncertainty and change well. You can make decisive calls without enough information
You are driven to achieve business goals (drive appointments)
You are fun
