Sales Lead (offline)
5+ years of experience as IT Sales Manager;
Successful background and experience through LinkedIn, Clutch, inbound marketing, road show trips, conference trips to potential customers;
Understanding of software development lifecycle (Web and Mobile);
Sales experience for the European and USA markets;
Outstanding sales and negotiations skills;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
English - Fluent level.
As a plus:
Experience in leading a team.
Responsibilities:
Ability to sell IT projects: outsource and outstaff;
Ability to build all sales process in sales team;
Managing and mentoring a team;
Create and build effective sales processes for lead generation, sales and closing deals.
