Technical Support Specialist (Krakow) (offline)

Required skills

Strong knowledge of DNS
Understanding of mail protocols and how email works
Familiarity with telnet and ssh
Basic knowledge of Linux terminal
Strong verbal and written English skill

Would Be A Plus:

Knowledge of the basic security definitions(spam, phishing, spoofing, man-in-the-middle attack, mail harvesting) and internet security techniques.
Daily Tasks

Email/Ticket processing, testing and troubleshooting according to provided documentation and training;
Dispatching tickets to various functional teams within Cyren organization;
Providing phone support to Cyren products’ customers;
Strict observation of Cyren and GFL policies and procedures among others around Data Privacy and Security.

Preferred

Ability to work efficiently both independently and with a team;
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively manage priorities, meet deadlines;
Strong self-learning abilities and knowledge of the latest security threats.
