KOL / Influencer Manager (Web3)

Gm! We’re looking for a mid-level KOL / Influencer Manager to manage and grow relationships with Web3 KOLs, influencers, and ambassadors. This role requires an existing network in Telegram and X and a strong ownership mindset.
 

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage and maintain relationships with Web3 KOLs, influencers and ambassadors.
• Handle full-cycle communication: outreach, negotiations, coordination, and follow-ups.
• Manage influencer and ambassador collaborations across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and expectations with external partners.
• Maintain and grow an internal database of Web3 influencers and partners.
• Support additional communication and coordination tasks when needed.

Requirements:

• ~2 years of experience in influencer / KOL / community management (Web3).
• Existing network of Web3 influencers in Telegram and X.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Managerial mindset and ability to own processes and relationships end-to-end.
• Good understanding of the Web3 / crypto ecosystem.
• Fluent English B2-C1 (written & spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience running ambassador programs
• Background in crypto startups, protocols, or Web3 agencies
• Personal connections with tier-1 Web3 KOLs
