Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Business Analysis;
Analytical skills and attention to detail;
Proven experience in eliciting requirements;
Capable of drafting functional / business / system specifications;
Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies;
At least the Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
Responsibilities:
Creation and maintenance of the product documentation: specifications, various schemas, and workflows, release notes, user manuals, etc;
Elaboration of the inputs from the product owner into user stories;
Serve as a bridge between development and product teams to resolve specific questions, find out more information when needed;
Direct communication with customers to gather requirements;
Defining business requirements, performing requirements analysis, management, and implementation, preparing technical specifications;
Support with tasks estimations and pre-project ;
Ability to meet deadlines;
Communication with project team members;
Writing of technical documentation;
Take an active part in project delivery.
