Business/Functional Analyst (offline)

We are looking for a talented Business / Functional Analyst to join one of our R&D teams. The person will be analyzing all business requirements and recommend appropriate applications and technologies, design all data flow charts and diagrams, and provide effective solutions to all issues.

Location: Kyiv office.


Responsibilities:

Collection and analysis of requirements, mostly from internal customers
Formalization of requirements into text/visuals acceptable to all sides of the process
Support of the implementation process throughout the entire development and implementation cycle
Collaboration with the engineering team


Requirements (we don't expect knowledge in all the listed tech, if you lack in any areas, please still apply):

2+ years of experience as an analyst in enterprise software development
Experience in designing prototypes of mobile & web user interfaces
Experience in collecting and describing business requirements (Vision, SRS, User Stories)
Experience in describing business processes using UML and/or BPMN
Ability to identify customer's requirements, write technical specifications, design statements, accept the result of development
Understanding the structure of web applications
Ability to analyze and design the physical and logical schemes of the system data
Experience with bug-tracking systems (JIRA, etc.)
Ability to quickly master a new subject area
Ability to ask "right" questions
Understanding of architectural approaches to building client-server applications
At least intermediate level of English


Would be a plus:

A degree in computer science or informatics
Programming knowledge or experience
API design experience (Swagger, RAML, Blueprint)
Skills in designing user interfaces (in any suitable software: Balsamiq, Axure, Pencil, Visio)
