Email Marketing Specialist (German-speaking)

We are seeking a Middle/Senior Email Marketing Specialist with strong experience in email strategy for US/EU markets.
This role is initially focused on a German-speaking project, with communication conducted primarily in English.
 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct email marketing audits and analyze existing email infrastructure, flows, and campaigns. Prepare insights, recommendations, and performance summaries for internal and client discussions
• Manage and execute ongoing email marketing campaigns (broadcasts and automated flows) for EU and US audiences
• Build, test, and maintain automated email flows and one-off campaigns (Klaviyo or similar ESPs)
• Analyze performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and optimize for engagement and revenue
• Identify growth opportunities and improvement areas across lifecycle and promotional emails
• Collaborate with internal teams to align email marketing activities with business and client goals.
   

Requirements:

• English (B2–C1) — must-have
• German language (В2, or higher) — must-have
• Proven experience with email marketing audits and strategy development
• Experience working with EU and/or US markets
• Background in infoproducts / educational businesses / digital courses is a strong plus.

• The role is project-based initially, focused on a single German-speaking client
• Communication with the team and reporting will be conducted in English
• Fully remote work environment with team members primarily based in Ukraine/Europe
